MY STORY
There was a time when I knew, deep down, that something had to change.
I had to calm my nervous system.
I had to learn how to trust my body again.
I had to believe — truly — that I was worthy of my children.
That journey wasn’t about perfection or control. It was about coming back to myself.
I began nourishing my body in simple, intentional ways — eating more fiber and antioxidant-rich foods, minimizing processed foods, and letting go of constant snacking. I learned to rest more. To slow down. To spend time doing the things that brought me joy and made me feel like me again.
And everything shifted.
My thyroid became the healthiest it had ever been.
I felt happier than I ever had.
I felt deeply connected — to myself, to my spirit, and to my babies.
That sense of connection changed everything.
This is what I want for you.
And I know you’re craving it, too.
Outside of this work, I’m a mom first — usually chasing my babies (literally) wherever they happen to be. I’m loving on our nutty dogs, cheering on my husband’s love for every sport , and spending as much time outside as possible when the weather allows.
We’re hiking, playing, paddle boarding, running — anything that gets us moving and together. I don’t know why I live somewhere cold… honestly.
I want to be a reader, but my attention span says otherwise. I dream of homesteading and cooking everything from scratch… but also, do I really?
I’m a real mom, figuring it out as I go — just like you.

Over time, this builds your confidence in listening to your instincts- so the choices you make for yourself, and your baby feel natural, aligned and right for your family.
Q2: I’m still early in pregnancy- is this for me?
YES! Each session is tailored to your stage- whether you’re in your 1st trimester, postpartum or starting solids with your baby.
